A 3-week program designed exclusively for HR Scramblers Golf Society to prepare the teams for the Ryder-cup style competition on November 19, 2025.
Yoga for Golf Clinic
Golf is more than a sport — it’s a balance of precision, focus, and flow. This 90 minute clinic introduces golfers to the benefits of yoga as a tool for better performance, injury prevention, and a calmer mind on the course.
You’ll learn how posture and alignment in yoga mirror the ideal golf stance, explore targeted movements to increase hip mobility and spinal rotation, and discover breathing techniques to sharpen concentration before each swing. The session concludes with guided relaxation and visualization to help you bring clarity and confidence into your game.
No yoga experience is required — this program is designed for all levels and especially beneficial for golfers aged 50+. Come in comfortable clothing and leave with practical tools you can use both on and off the course.
Balancing your energy in autumn: special seasonal workshop inspired by Ayurveda & Himalayas retreat
As the air grows cooler and drier, our bodies and minds naturally shift into a more data-dominant state - light, restless, and sometimes ungrounded. This transition is even more significant in midlife, when data energy plays a key role in how we age, move, and feel.
After returning from a retreat in the Himalayas - the very landscape of data energy - I am inspired to guide you through practices that nurture balance, warmth, and stability.
This 2.5-hour workshop is designed to:

Lubricate and nourish the joints through gentle yoga and mindful movement
