Yoga for Golf Clinic

Golf is more than a sport — it’s a balance of precision, focus, and flow. This 60–90 minute clinic introduces golfers to the benefits of yoga as a tool for better performance, injury prevention, and a calmer mind on the course.

You’ll learn how posture and alignment in yoga mirror the ideal golf stance, explore targeted movements to increase hip mobility and spinal rotation, and discover breathing techniques to sharpen concentration before each swing. The session concludes with guided relaxation and visualization to help you bring clarity and confidence into your game.

No yoga experience is required — this program is designed for all levels and especially beneficial for golfers aged 50+. Come in comfortable clothing and leave with practical tools you can use both on and off the course.
