Exclusively designed for HR Scramblers Golf Society preparing for Ryder Cup-style competition on November 19, 2025

Program Overview

Duration: 3 weeks | 3 sessions per week

Session Length: 60 minutes

Location: ValU Within Mindful Studio, Lo Santiago & on-course integration

Format:

1. Studio Session – Guided yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation

2. On-Course Micro-Practices – Quick tools to use before, during, and after your rounds

3. Home Recovery Series – 3 × 15-minute routines to maintain mobility, breath, and focus

Pre-round: Energizing breath exercises
