As the air grows cooler and drier, our bodies and minds naturally shift into a more data-dominant state - light, restless, and sometimes ungrounded. This transition is even more significant in midlife, when data energy plays a key role in how we age, move, and feel.

After returning from a retreat in the Himalayas - the very landscape of data energy - I am inspired to guide you through practices that nurture balance, warmth, and stability.

This 2.5-hour workshop is designed to:

  • Soothe the nervous system and reduce seasonal anxiety or restlessness

  • Lubricate and nourish the joints through gentle yoga and mindful movement

  • Enhance inner warmth and stability with breath work and mediation

  • Provide lifestyle tools for autumn and aging gracefully
