This Christmas Eve, pause in the middle of the day and gift yourself 45 minutes of calm, presence, and inner warmth. At 12:30, join a special festive meditation designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself before the celebrations begin.

The holiday season often brings joy, but also busyness, emotional intensity, and pressure. This gentle meditation offers a quiet, supportive space to reset your energy, soften the body, and settle the mind. The session is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

You will be guided through grounding breath awareness to help release physical tension and calm the nervous system, followed by a soft candle-light focus meditation that encourages stillness and gentle concentration. The practice continues with a heart-centred gratitude reflection, inviting a sense of warmth, appreciation, and emotional balance. A short guided visualization supports deep relaxation and integration, allowing you to leave feeling centred, calm, and present.

The atmosphere will be peaceful and welcoming, with soft lighting and a sense of shared stillness. You may sit on a mat, cushion, or chair — whatever feels comfortable for your body. No prior meditation experience is required.

This session is offered as a free festive community class to support well-being during the holiday season. Places are limited to maintain a calm and intimate environment, and advance booking is required.
