Designed for active aging, this class offers all the benefits of yoga - without the fear of falling, pressure on joints, or need to lie down.

What you’ll experience:

  • Gentle stretches that relieve stiffness in the neck, shoulders, hips, and back

  • Joint-friendly movements to improve mobility and circulation

  • Balance and coordination exercises that reduce fall risk and build confidence

How will I know it’s working?

You will track your own progress through:

  1. Simple balance & mobility check-in on Week 1 (e.g. sit-to-stand test, shoulder reach, ankle rolls)

  2. Energy and mood self-assessment

  3. Recheck at Week 4 and Week 8 to see your improvement
