What you’ll experience:
Gentle stretches that relieve stiffness in the neck, shoulders, hips, and back
Joint-friendly movements to improve mobility and circulation
Balance and coordination exercises that reduce fall risk and build confidence

Simple balance & mobility check-in on Week 1 (e.g. sit-to-stand test, shoulder reach, ankle rolls)
Energy and mood self-assessment
Recheck at Week 4 and Week 8 to see your improvement
